Star Formation in the Milky Way
This image displays a spectacular three-colour composite image of RCW38, obtained through three near-infrared filters. This is a region in the Milky Way at a distance of about 5,000 light years, where stars which have recently formed in clouds of gas and dust are still heavily obscured and cannot be observed in the visible part of the spectrum.
Contrarily, as this image shows, they are very well seen at infrared wavelengths where the obscuration is substantially lower. The diffuse radiation is a mixture of starlight scattered by the dust and gas in the area, and atomic and molecular hydrogen line emission.

I miss Tumblr :(! I finally get my computer back just to have work get in the way. Not that I mind. I love my job and all my coworkers. I truly feel that this year is off to a good start. Heck, I’m even healthier. I cut meat and processed foods out of my diet. I exercise more. I even smile more. Life is good.
It’s feeling a whole lot like a fresh start! I’m also officially back. Yes! I missed tumblr and I missed not sharing a computer.
“[M]any nations of the third world are described as ‘underdeveloped’. These less wealthy nations are generally those that suffered under colonialism and neo-colonialism. The ‘developed’ nations are those that exploited their resources and wealth. Therefore, rather than referring to these countries as ‘underdeveloped’, a more appropriate and meaningful designation might be ‘over exploited’. Again, transpose this term next time you read about the ‘underdeveloped nations’ and note the different meaning that results.”
I hate talking about me. It makes me so uncomfortable. I have nothing to share about me. I am unremarkable. I am just a 21 year old who has yet to experiance life. When people ask me about well, me I tell them I’m 21 I’m unestablished and unremarkable. I haven’t done anything to make me me yet. Get back to me in 10 years.
